Steel coils of up to 11.4 t, each with its heat number, diameter, width and thickness, and its status against SAP on the same row. Zones at 89 % occupancy are flagged as critical before the crane runs out of slots.
Work orders arrive from the MES —receipt, issue, removal, stripping, rotation and feeding— and Lynx breaks them down for the cranes; every goods receipt, weighing and quality defect goes back to SAP. The cranes publish position and signals over MQTT and OPC UA, which is what drives the map and the SCADA.
