The problem What it already costs you

  • Process parameters live in the furnace or the machine, and work orders in the ERP. When a claim arrives, reconstructing what happened to that part takes days.
  • A voltage spike in the arc or a temperature off the curve lasts seconds, nobody on the shop floor sees it, and it leaves a defect that shows up at the customer.
  • Wire deposited, energy input and furnace consumption per order are estimated. Not measured.

    Temperatures, consumption and process parameters are matched with the production order. Each order’s report comes out with the values logged during the cycle, ready to attach for the end customer.

    Median, deviation, P5–P95 percentiles and the out-of-tolerance points of every signal, with the automatic diagnosis of the interval.

  • Less rejection, and provable

    The per-order report travels with the part: when a claim arrives, the cycle conditions are already logged and the discussion runs on measured data. That is what cut rejection at the end customer at the forge in the case.

Furnace temperatures and electricity consumption, matched with what operators enter, produce a per-order manufacturing report that travels with the part to the end customer. Compressed-air leaks are detected and alarms fire per order and per production unit.

The automatic diagnosis flagged an isolated 44.30 V voltage spike and arc micro-cuts in voltage and wire feed speed, on a 42.30 V median within tolerance. In the interval table every row carries its incidents counted per signal, and the traceability sheet downloads with the interval’s data.

Figures come from real installations. A sector that cannot publish them yet says so on its page. Customer, plant and line names are not published.
