PARTNER PROGRAMME You do the install. Someone else works the data.
Every project you hand over leaves data that somebody will have to collect, store and put to work. With the partner programme that part is yours too: you license Lynx at a discount off list price, train your team and roll it out inside your own project, without building the platform. The relationship with the customer stays yours.
HOW IT WORKS You roll it out, we license it
You license the platform and resell it inside your own project. It is the same platform sold directly: same modules, same deployment options, same standards. What changes is not the product: it is who walks into the plant.
- Licence at a discount
You license the core and the modules you activate, at a discount off list price. The discount is tiered by contracted volume.
- The rollout is yours
Deployment, configuration and commissioning are yours: you are the one who knows the plant and keeps the relationship with the end customer.
- Scope, case by case
Modules, deployment option —managed cloud or on-premise— and terms are set out in writing for each deal.
TRAINING Twelve hours so the rollout is done by your team, not ours.
Twelve hours on the platform, aimed at the technical team that will roll it out. On site or remote, in groups. Price and dates are agreed in the partnership proposal.
- Day 1 · Getting the plant devices talking
The core: ingestion, historical storage and data transformation. The plant protocols, read and write.
- Day 2 · Setting up the plant and scoping permissions
Plant and line setup, scoped permissions, scheduled reports and audit trail. Charts, dashboards and export.
- Day 3 · Going live at the end customer
The modules the partner intends to roll out, the deployment option and go-live at the end customer.
ADMISSION Inside your customer's plant, your reputation and ours are the same one.
That is why the programme is not open: every application is reviewed one by one and admission is not automatic. If your team already goes into the plant and fronts up when something goes wrong, this is your route. If you would rather we went, the route is Turnkey.
- How many rollouts a year
Each discount tier carries a minimum number of rollouts per period. Fall short one year and you move down a tier at renewal.
- What they say about you where you have worked
We review the company references and its track record in the sector. Lynx is installed inside the plant and the end customer cannot tell who is who.
- What you can back it with if the project goes wrong
We ask for guarantees proportionate to the volume contracted: filed accounts, a credit report or a bank guarantee.
QUESTIONS What you would ask before putting your name on this.
- Whose customer is it?
- The relationship stays yours: yours is the project, yours the rollout and yours the call when the customer has a question. What does not change hands is the brand: Lynx, its documentation and its materials remain DOMINION property, and their use is bounded by the partnership agreement.
- Do you sell directly as well?
- We do, and it is better known before signing. It is the same platform sold directly, and DOMINION also rolls it out turnkey. The programme exists for the plants where the integrator is already inside and knows the installation better than we do.
- If something fails on the floor on a Sunday, who answers?
- The rollout and the configuration are yours, and the customer calls you. How support is split between your team and DOMINION is set out in writing in the partnership agreement: ask before signing, not after.
- Can you send me a price list to quote from?
- The tariff your discount comes off is published on the pricing page. What is not published yet are the volume discount tiers, which are agreed with you: set the scope in the configurator and the proposal comes back against that selection.
- Which brand does the customer see on screen?
- The Lynx one. The brand, the documentation and the product materials are DOMINION property, and the agreement bounds how you use them. What is yours is the project: who designed it, who installed it and who the customer calls.
- What if one year I fall short of the volume?
- You move down a discount tier at renewal. Each tier carries a minimum number of rollouts per period, and the tiers and the minimums are set out in writing in the agreement.
- Does my team need to know Lynx before we start?
- No. That is what the training is for: three days, four hours a day, twelve hours on the platform, on site or remote, aimed at the technical team that will roll it out. Price and dates are agreed in the partnership proposal.
BEFORE YOU SIGN What this programme does not give you.
- You are not the only route to Lynx: the same platform is sold directly and DOMINION also rolls it out turnkey.
- It is not white label: the product is called Lynx, and the brand, the documentation and the materials remain DOMINION property.
- It does not give you a price list to show tomorrow: the training price and the terms are agreed in the partnership proposal.
- It does not give you admission just for applying: every application is reviewed one by one and admission is not automatic.
If what you were after was a white label, this is not it. If what you were after was putting the data layer inside your own projects without building it, the application form is right below.
Your next project already has a data layer inside it. Decide who builds it.
Tell us what you roll out, where you work and how many rollouts you expect over twelve months. We review every application one by one and reply with the terms of the programme and the training calendar.
