WELDING CONTROL MODULE Every weld bead, traced to its work order.
When somebody asks about a weld from three months ago, the process has to be pieced back together by hand.
Welding control is the Lynx module for welding process traceability: the intervals of every plant machine, traced to production orders, with the process parameters and weld quality of each order.

How long a defect lasts The spike that ruins a part lasts seconds. The table keeps it.
The main table lists every production order with the median of its welding parameters; the interval detail adds the full statistics.
- CurrentA · Arc Current
Median, deviation and coefficient of variation of the arc current.
- VoltageV · Arc Voltage
Median and spread of the arc voltage along the bead.
- Wire speedm/min · WFS
Median and variation of the wire feed speed.
- Durationhh·mm·ss
Interval time, from process start to stop.
- Wire consumptionkg
Wire deposited in the bead during the interval.
- Supplied energykWh
Total energy and average power supplied to the process.
- Sample countno.
Volume of data recorded for each interval signal.
- Data qualityHz · coverage
Sampling frequency and coverage of each measured signal.
INTERVAL DETAIL All the bead's statistics, signal by signal
Every interval includes a full detail view: a summary of duration, deposited wire and supplied energy, alongside statistics for current, voltage and wire speed, with out-of-tolerance points and a quality diagnosis.

- Per-signal statistics
Median, deviation, CV, P5–P95 percentiles, min–max and sample count, with out-of-tolerance points highlighted on the chart.
- Weld diagnosis
Automatic summary of bead quality: isolated peaks, arc micro-cuts and detected deviations.
- Data quality
Sampling frequency and per-signal coverage as a reliability reference for the analysis.
Weld traceability end to end
We prepare a demo with real intervals from one of your machines and go through the results of every weld.
